App Delete Bug
If you enable full and lay for the subscription, then let the subscription lapse and not renew, the app will keep you from being able to delete social apps, in my case Instagram. I had to renew my subscription at $4 to unlock the delete button on the instagram app

Hey! Thanks for reporting this. "Lock app deletion" is meant to stop deletions, but you shouldn't need a subscription to turn it off. If Dull is stuck on the paywall, go to iPhone Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access → Dull and turn access off. That removes the lock, and you can delete apps as normal again. Sorry you ended up paying to get around it.
