Sorry about this one, and thanks for the detail. "Even Weather" was the clue. In Apple's app picker, ticking a category checkbox (or ticking every app inside a category) blocks the whole category, including apps you never meant to touch. Dull only shields what the picker hands back, so a stray category tick turns into "everything is blocked." No reinstall needed to get out of it: Dull → settings → redirect → edit blocked apps → untick the category rows, then expand the categories and tick just the apps you want. If the edit screen fights you, that's a separate bug that's fixed in the next update. Escape hatch that always works: iPhone Settings → Screen Time → Dull → turn off Screen Time access, then set redirect up again. The next update also warns you when your selection includes whole categories, before they get blocked.
Fixed it by uninstalling and resetting everything* still a bit of annoying frustrating bug though
Resolved in Dull 1.9.0. Redirect now blocks only the individual apps you select, not whole categories.
