Everytime i try to change anything in the settings the whole screen freezes and i have to restart the app

Which setting were you changing when it froze: a filter switch, redirect, the PIN lock, time limits, or something else? And does it happen on the first change after you open the app, or only after browsing for a while?
Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Dull version would help too. The version is in the About Dull section in settings.
