Re-Intervention
Love the app. Was using one sec before which does not block reels etc. but they had a feature where you could set a timer for yourself before entering an app like instagram. Basically how long you wanted to use it. After the timer runs out it closes instagram again and if you want to use it again you have to follow another intervention like breathing exercise etc. Would love to see it on the app
