Unable to choose Lifetime membership after starting 7-day trial

I didn’t initially choose the lifetime membership because I wanted to try the app at least once before committing. Looking at subscription options: 1) there are dozens of repeats with the same or different prices for monthly or yearly, and 2) I cannot find the lifetime option. I tried deleting the app and upon reinstallation I still have the same problem.
