Unable to view feed posts

Hi I’m new to dull I have set up an app restriction for Facebook and Instagram and I can’t look at any feed post on instagram. It comes up with a sign that says “instagram.com is restricted” but on my restricted app I even unticked the safari option and it still does t work! And suggestions?
